Government-verified ratings on file in the U.S. CPARS database

What Are CPARS?

The Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) is the U.S. government's official database for recording contractor performance ratings. After each federal contract, the assigned contracting officer evaluates the prime contractor across quality, schedule, cost control, management, and regulatory compliance.

These ratings are used by federal agencies in source selection — meaning a strong CPARS record directly influences whether a contractor wins future government work. They cannot be manufactured, purchased, or self-reported. Every rating below was issued by a federal contracting officer and is permanently on file with the U.S. government.
