How We Execute

Every GCS project follows a structured process designed for the specific demands of federal contracting.

01

Mobilization & Planning

Pre-project orientation, subcontractor onboarding, site safety plan, submittal schedule, and coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative.

02

Execution & Oversight

Daily on-site supervision, quality control inspections, progress tracking, and proactive communication with the government point of contact.

03

Quality & Compliance

All work inspected against spec before government walkthrough. Non-conformances addressed immediately. Zero punch list surprises at substantial completion.

04

Closeout & Handover

Complete closeout package delivered promptly — as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, and all required documentation — so agencies can close their contracts on schedule.
